I’ve put brackets where there are mistakes and words missing; I didnt bother with capital letters.

1. my doctor wanted to (gave) me birth control pills to make my period regular. i did not take pills because it will (prevents) (the) pregnancy.

2.i think i gave you 20$ extra. i(had) to (gave) you 10$.
3.there is( )disturbance in the line.please call me back.
4.do you want to stay on fax. or( )you want to install that on( )computer.
5.after( )done all the tests. i have to see( )doctor again.

1. My doctor wanted to “give” me birth control pills to make my period regular. I did not take “the pills” because it will “prevent” the pregnancy.
The infinitive of a word is not past tense. To give, to have, to see, to do. You also need articles like the, a, and an. So it would be “the pills” or in some cases you could say “a pill”. Lastly when dealing with future tense, the second verb doesn’t need to have an s at the end like it usually would be for 3rd person singular. “It will prevent the pregnancy.”

2. I think I gave you 20$ extra. I had to “give” you 10$.
Once again, the infinitive is not past tense. Also we usually put the dollar sign at the front of the numbers but putting them at the end is ok too. It’s just better to have than 20$.

3. There is “a” disturbance in the line. Please call me back.
You need the article for the noun.

4. Do you want to stay on “the” fax or you want to install that on “the or your” computer.

5. After “I do” all the tests I have to see “the” doctor again”
You can’t just say done. You have to say who did the action using a pronoun or at least a noun. Since the second part of the sentence said “I have to see” then I assumed the person doing the action in the first part of the sentence was “I” was well. In that case it would be “I do”.

Notice how I set up the punctuation marks as well!
